So, is this "Bait and Switch"? Seems so, wife had car serviced. When she got done there was an appraisal done on her car. The certificate stated it was worth around 11,500. I thought that seemed a little high, so I called to confirm. I was told that the appraisals are fairly accurate and come in and see what we can do. This group has the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employees are extremely courteous and professional and the dealership is so clean!! I bought my car there and only have it serviced there. I’m always impressed each time I go there for service.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I took my car in after hitting a deer and from the start they did not want anything to do with me. Bryce Hensley the body shop manager treated me with disrespect from the start telling me they could nit get parts and I needed to find them. I search many dealerships on the internet and found Steve Austin's price for the car that I was interested in to be extremely competitive. Asked for certain service items to be completed on car before purchase and they did an excellent job in correcting all the issues that I found. They actually delivered the car to our home. I called the dealership on Friday afternoon and told them what my car was doing and they made me an oppointmen for Monday at 8 am. I arrived and they took me right in. They repaired my vehicle under warranty in less then one hour and had me on my way. Very friendly and professional staff. The tech who made the repair explain what was wrong and the repair he made. I really like the fact that I can go to a dealer here in town for my 3000 mile checks instead of going to Springfield which is where I bought my car two years ago. Also I like the convenience of not needing an appointment to get this kind of service done! It helps with my busy work schedule. The people are so friendly and checked on me often while I waited for my car to be finished! I highly recommend them.

Twice I have looked at other dealers but was never greeted and treated like I was at Steve Austin's, So I always came back to Logan County and see the friendly and help staff at Steve Austin's, They have a great service area and service team, When my vehicles need serviced I always take it to their service department.
It pays in the long run to deal locally. and Steve Austins, to date has, been a VERY friendly and accommodating . As long as current service continues we will be loyal customers! ( Our 3rd. new vehicle there since 2012)
I have to give the folks here credit where it's due. Had a good buying experience with them. Vehicle pictures online were a fair representation of the condition of the vehicle and didn't try to gloss over dings and scratches. Salesman was helpful and straightforward. Pricing was right for the condition of the truck, too. Quickly settled on a fair price and got the paperwork in order.
